What A Wine Tasting Kit Includes

Buying a wine tasting kit would be useful if you host a lot of wine tastings, or you know someone who does. They also help make a wine tasting party more than just fun, but also educational.

You also could make your own kit, or piece it together while buying only a few items. A kit could also come in handy at a wine tasting party, to use formally or informally.

Below are some suggestions of items you might include in a custom made kit, or might want included if you buy a tasting kit:

  • invitations
  • wine glass markers or name tags (to keep track of whose glass is whose)
  • instructions
  • pens or pencils
  • bottle stoppers
  • bottle bags (for blind tasting)
  • bottle tags (color coded)
  • corkscrew
  • wine tasting wheels
  • wine tasting score cards
  • wine glasses
  • bottles of wine (you could vary vintages, or styles of wine, or both)

Find wine tasting kits on Amazon.
