The Wine Cellar Rack

The great thing about wine cellar racks is that they keep your wines at the right temperature for optimal aging, while providing convenient storage.

Some have separate compartments with separate temperature controls. Decide if you want one with a double paned glass door for more insulation. Do you want there to be interior lighting?

How about tinted glass on the door to protect from light coming in to damage your wine?

Sometimes the shelves can slide out, while others are stationary.

Another thing to consider with these wine racks is whether you want yours to be a stand alone unit or built in. Some stand alone models are made for the countertop.

Some wine cellars come with a lock and key, especially the ones that hold quite a few bottles.

Take into consideration if the motor is quiet and efficient or too noisy for the room it is in.
