The South Willamette Valley encompasses the area between the
North Willamette Valley
and the Umqua Valley wine regions, roughly between Albany in the north and past Eugene in the south. Most of the wineries are along the western side of Highway 99. This part of the Willamette Valley has far fewer wineries than in the northern section, but that really isn't a bad thing because you only need visit a few wineries per day to enjoy a relaxing wine country experience.
