Much like Sonoma, it is built around a town square. Several wineries are within walking distance of the square, if you like to do your wine tasting on foot. Just out of town are the Dry Creek Valley wineries to the northwest, the Alexander Valley wineries to the east, and the Russian River Valley wineries to the south.
