These 2 sister inns with Mediterranean design are just a short walk from historic Sonoma Plaza. Each has four rooms, most with fireplaces, and private outside areas. There is a lovely central courtyard with a fountain. There is a hot tub (which fits 6 at a time), shared by all.

This one is less than a block from Sonoma Plaza. Two homes and gardens make up the Inn. There are four rooms and a suite, all with private baths. Some have whirlpool baths or fireplaces. The living room has a fireplace, while the dining room for breakfast overlooks Spain Street. There is a hot tub in the garden, and bikes available to use.

This Sonoma bed and breakfast is a few blocks from the plaza, yet was originally a farmhouse, complete with wraparound porch. There are four guest rooms. One is in the main building and the other is in an old water tower. All have private baths. There's also a private cottage called Woodcutter's Cottage, which has a fireplace. Paths wind through English gardens near a creek and fountains. There is also a large swimming pool. You can have your breakfast out on the patio, in the main dining room or in the privacy of your own room.
