Romantic Wine Picnic Basket

My scintillating and sumptuous picnic basket would first of all need to include a couple of real wine glasses, no plastic please. How lovely it would be to find a nice size chunk of wonderful cheese and some baguettes or croissants.

Also I am absolutely crazy about strawberries and chocolate. It could be strawberries covered in chocolate, but of course you would have to have a thermal picnic basket to keep the chocolate from melting! But what fun to sit and feed each other some of those delicious lusty delights and sip a little wine as well.

A nice variety of thinly sliced lemon pepper chicken and some genuine hard salami would be or so satisfying and delicious also. I am not thinking of health and calories as you can see. But after a few glasses of wine, who cares?!

If someone truly wanted to make me a winning picnic basket they would include a nice portion of Tabouli and a few crackers. Of course a small music player would be the thing to have tucked in there too, for ambiance.
