At the Northern end of Napa Valley is the town of Calistoga, famous for its hot springs and spas. Wineries abound as well.

About halfway through Napa Valley off Highway 29 is the small village of Yountville. The very famous restaurant French Laundry is located here. Beware, as you need reservations well in advance.

Then of course, there's the town of Napa itself. The Napa Wine Train leaves from here. Next to the Napa River is the Copia Wine Center, a great place to start your Napa wine country tour.
