Dry Creek Valley Sonoma County

Dry Creek Valley Sonoma County

The Dry Creek Valley wine region extends from Healdsburg at the southern end towards Lake Sonoma at the northern end, on the west side of Highway 101.

Healdsburg California is a great place to start your wine country excursion. Like Sonoma, it is built around a town square. There are tasting rooms within town as well.

Then head up Dry Creek Road as far north as the Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery. This is a must-see with its beautiful gardens. You can backtrack a bit and cross over to West Dry Creek road via Yoakim Bridge Road. Heading south, you'll pass more Dry Creek Valley vineyards before crossing back over to Healdsburg via Westside Road.

For a 1 or 3-day pass to local wineries, click on Ticket to the Wine Road.
